Sam Erickson, ammunition manager, was a pleasure to do business with!! We needed an item that was out of stock and he quickly assisted with placing an order for the item to be shipped to our home. Extremely quick service and very impressed with Sam Erickson's customer service skills!!

Just had my mountain bike serviced by Blade at the Sioux Falls store and couldn't be happier. It now runs perfectly. I assumed the service would be top tier quality for just a few bucks more. That's always been my experience with Scheels To my pleasant surprise, it was the expected top tier service but at 1/3rd what I would have paid at a bike shop, and 1/4 the price I was expecting. Couldn't recommend their bike servicing shop highly enough.

I went about 75% sure I knew what I wanted. Merrell hiking shoes. With the help of JAYDEN I was shown a pair I originally was not considering. He was the perfect salesperson. He did not pressure me AT ALL. He asked relative questions to get my size and what I would be using them for. In all honesty I was in a bad mood before I went into the store and while I was there getting help my mood quickly changed. It's been over 2 weeks since I bought the shoes, and I am 100% satisfied and will ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone looking for shoes. Thank you, Jayden, for making my experience top notch.

Cade Larson helped my girlfriend and I out with creating a starter fishing setup! He was super chill about us being new to the sport and was very very friendly and had some great recommendations. If you come to scheels this dude is the goat. He also wasn’t super pushy with upselling! I highly recommend him. Give bro a raise.

Great place to shop and look at everything related to the American Dream. Guns, fishing, boating, camping, sports and equipment, archery, golf, and all the clothing needed for everything! High quality clothes! A little on the expensive side when it comes to home furnishings and art. Dog friendly! I love bringing my dog here. There is even a nice dinner spot and candy shop. The Ferris wheel is fun to ride as well!
